Scents of the week Oct 14 – 26

My perfumes for the week:

Sunday: BPAL’s Perversion Smoky rum and black tobacco with a whisper of steamy leather with a splash of crystalline chardonnay, layered over a sensual, sweet, and deceptively magnetic base of tonka.

Monday: Clinique’s Cocoa & Cashmere Cocoa Absolute, Vanilla and Musk accords.

Tuesday: Love Potion Perfume’s Sharp Dressed HuMan A crisp refreshing linen-based unisex scent featuring elegant accents of lavender, bergamot, sweetgrass and violet leaf layered on a base of cedar and white musk.

Wednesday: Tocca Colette Bergamot, Sandalwood, Pink Peppercorn, Incense

Thursday: Still by J Lo White pepper, mandarin, Earl Grey tea, sake, freesia, rose, jasmine, orange blossom, lily of the valley, sandalwood, musk, amber, orris

Friday: Love Potion Perfume’s Red Fyre a bevy of cinnamon EOs and a four-sugar blend, plus piquant black pepper EO and licorice root extract, finished with smooth amber resin.

Saturday: Love Potion Perfume’s Sugared Pumpkin A delicious autumnal treat, comprised of nine different pumpkin oils, plus caramellized, brown, white and pink sugars, to create the perfect lightly spiced pumpkin pie delight. (yes, that’s me on the label!)

What perfumes did you wear this week? Tell me in the comments below!

  1. I used to love Victoria’s Secret body spray… until one day, I just couldn’t stand the strong scent and I honestly don’t know or don’t remember how or why it happened. Then even the lotion was too strong of a scent. So now I pretty much have very lightly scented lotion only (which is usually natural/organic stuff) and can’t do any perfume, body spray, etc. If other people have strong scents on and they’re near me, it usually makes me cough and I feel like it’s hard to breath!
